Hello perfect present for my parents.
Every Saturday morning my parents go out to breakfast together. Same breakfast spot, no kids allowed, always buy two newspapers so that they can do their own crossword puzzle.
They sit across from each other at a diner table, hot chocolates (they don’t drink coffee, weirdos), french toast for Mom, eggs over easy and bacon for Daddio.
Talk about world events, work, friends, family gossip, and sometimes no talking, just working out word puzzles.
They’ve been married almost 27 years and are still best friends, pretty impressive.
